One track mind
I have to admit, I didn't think I'd make it through the first week of the diet, but thanks to a lot of help from the man upstairs, the scale has started to budge. I've made it through the headaches and general fogginess of the first week or two and am down about 10 lbs. Now I feel great and I'm continuing to make progress with exercising. Never mind that rice cakes are my new best friend - I can stand the taste of "styrofoam" (with a hint of salt) if it means progress!
